At TruCare Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR and BLS training that meets American Heart Association (AHA) standards. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all course registrations.

1. Enrollment & Registration

• Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your seat.

• Non-Refundable Fees: All registration and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Limited Seats: Course seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats will not be held without payment.

• Confirmation: Once registration and payment are completed, students will receive a confirmation email with course details, including date, time, and location.

2. Attendance & Conduct

• Punctuality: Students are expected to arrive on time. If a student is more than 10 minutes late, entry may be denied. Such cases will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.

• Active Participation: Certification requires full participation in all hands-on skills practice and assessments. Failure to engage may result in course failure without refund.

• Professional Behavior: Respectful, professional conduct is required at all times. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the course without any refund or credit.

3. Certification

• Completion Requirements: Certification is awarded only upon:

  • Full attendance of all scheduled sessions

  • Successful demonstration of required skills

  • Passing the written and/or skills-based assessment(s)

• No Guarantee: Enrollment does not guarantee certification. Certification is solely based on successful completion of course requirements.

• Replacement Cards: Lost or misplaced certification cards may be reissued for an additional administrative fee.

4. Changes & Cancellations by TruCare Institute

• Institute-Initiated Changes: TruCare Institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Student Options: In the event of a cancellation by TruCare Institute, students will have the option to:

  • Transfer to another available session at no additional cost, or

  • Receive a full refund of the course tuition only (registration and administrative fees remain non-refundable).

• Rescheduling Assistance: We will make every effort to provide timely notice and assist in rescheduling where possible.

5. Refund Policy

• No Refunds for Student Cancellations/No-Shows: Students who cancel their registration, fail to attend, or arrive more than 10 minutes late are not eligible for any refund, transfer, or credit.

• Non-Refundable Fees: All registration and administrative fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

• Institute Cancellations: Only if TruCare Institute cancels a class will students be eligible for a tuition refund or free transfer, as outlined above.

6. Agreement to Terms

By registering for a CPR or BLS course at TruCare Institute, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
