When will I receive my AHA eCard?
AHA eCards are usually sent by email within 24–48 hours after successful course completion. If you do not receive your eCard within this timeframe, please contact TruCare Institute for assistance.
Do I need to purchase the course book?
Some courses include digital or printed study materials in the registration fee, while others may require a separate purchase. Check your course details or ask TruCare Institute for specifics.
Is Continuing Education available?
Many of our AHA courses are eligible for continuing education credits. Please check your course page or contact us for more information.
Do I have to register and pay online?

Can I get a refund for the course?

What type of certification do I need for CPR?
Healthcare professionals typically require BLS certification. The general public or workplace settings may only need Heartsaver CPR/AED or CPR/AED & First Aid certification.
Does BLS cover CPR/AED?
Yes, BLS includes high-quality CPR for all ages and AED use, along with airway management and team dynamics training.
What if I already took Heartsaver CPR/AED and now need First Aid?
You can enroll in a standalone First Aid course to complete the requirement
I need CPR, AED, and First Aid certification for my USCG Captain’s License. Which course should I take?
Register for the Heartsaver CPR, AED & First Aid course, which meets USCG requirements.
